Proctored exams are administered by a ServSafe proctor. Exams may be taken without a ServSafe manager class but it is not advised. Exams are administered by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Certificates are printed free of charge once the student passes the exam. The exam only option is solely recommended for students who have a strong understanding and knowledge of current food safety concepts.
