Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification
The Servsafe food protection manager is the highest certification awarded by Servsafe. The certification earned by passing the Servsafe Manager Exam. The exam focuses on six aspects of food service that can affect the safety of food:
- Foodborne Microorganisms & Allergens
- Personal Hygiene
- Purchasing, Receiving and storage
- Preparation, Cooking and Serving
- Facilities, Cleaning/ Sensitizing and Pest Management
- Regulatory Authorities
The ServSafe in-person course is a 1-day class and exam combo from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. A confirmation email (including a study materials) is sent within 24 hours once the student registration and payment is complete. The servsafe manager book is included with the course. Certificates are printed free of charge once the student passes the exam. This is the most informational and recommended method.
